General Terms and Conditions
1. Parties
These terms and conditions apply between you and Mandy’s Jump & Smile as soon as you book a place in a class through this website.
2. Booking a Place
You are booking a specific trampoline in a specific class.
While you enter your details, your place is held for 10 minutes. After this period, it will be released and made available for booking again.
I will confirm your booking by email. Your booking is only valid once you have received this confirmation and its reference number.
You may book for other people; you are responsible for the information provided on their behalf and for making sure they receive these terms and conditions.
By default, bookings close 60 minutes before the class starts. The club may set a different deadline for individual classes.
3. Prices and Payment
The price of each class is displayed in euros before you confirm your booking. This is the price that applies to your reservation.
Unless “online payment” is indicated, payment is made on site.
Where online payment is available, it is processed by an external payment provider. I never receive your card details. Online payments will not be refunded in the event of a no-show without cancellation within the applicable cancellation period.
4. Changes and Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule your booking yourself using the link in your confirmation email, up to 24 hours before the class by default.
After this deadline, your place remains reserved. Please let me know anyway, as someone on the waiting list may be able to take your place.
If I cancel a class (for example, due to weather, illness or insufficient participant numbers), you will be notified as soon as the decision is made. You will not be charged, or you will receive a full refund if you have already paid.
Full details are set out in the Cancellation Policy.
5. Waiting List
If a class is fully booked, you can join the waiting list. As soon as a suitable place becomes available, the first person on the waiting list whose group can be accommodated will receive an offer by email. They will have a limited amount of time (2 hours by default) to accept the offer before it is passed on to the next person.
6. Safe Participation
bellicon® JUMPING is an intense physical activity. You participate at your own risk and confirm that you are in sufficiently good physical condition to take part.
To protect their health, pregnant participants and people with heart conditions must provide a medical certificate confirming that they are medically fit to participate in trampoline exercise.
Please inform the coach before the class of any recent surgery, injury, joint or back problems, dizziness, or any other relevant health condition. If in doubt, please seek advice from your doctor beforehand.
Follow the coach’s instructions and all on-site safety rules. For safety reasons, the coach reserves the right to ask a participant to stop the activity or leave the class if necessary.
The minimum age for participation is 16. Participants under the age of 18 must also have permission from a parent or legal guardian for the booking.
Wear sports shoes with clean soles and bring enough water and a towel.
7. Late Arrival and No-Shows
Please arrive 10 minutes early. For safety reasons, it may not be possible to join the class once the warm-up has started. No-shows without prior cancellation are non-refundable.
8. Liability
I am liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, as well as in all cases where liability cannot legally be limited, particularly in the event of injury to life, physical integrity or health.
In all other cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. I am not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises.
9. Photos and Videos
I occasionally take photos or videos during classes for use on the website and Instagram. Please let me know if you prefer not to appear in them, and I will respect your wishes. Please see the Privacy Policy for further information.
10. Right of Withdrawal
For contracts relating to leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may be excluded in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation.
Regardless of this, the modification and cancellation options described in these terms and conditions and in the Cancellation Policy apply to your booking.
11. Conduct
Everyone is welcome. Harassment, discrimination, or behaviour that puts others at risk will result in termination of participation without a refund.
12. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
I may update these terms and conditions. The version applicable to your booking is the version you accepted when making your reservation. The current version is always available on this page.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Luxembourg law applies. If you are a consumer, any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you normally reside will continue to apply.
Your statutory rights concerning the competent jurisdiction and your right as a consumer to bring legal proceedings also remain unaffected.
In the event of a dispute, the Luxembourg courts will have jurisdiction.
